At ToprakZeka we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how your personal data is processed when you use the ToprakZeka mobile app and the toprakzeka.app website.

2. Data We Collect
Account information: your name, email address and password, if you create an account.
Field data: information you enter in the app, such as field locations, crops, planting dates and task records.
Photos: plant photos you upload for disease diagnosis, processed for analysis.
Location: device location is accessed for weather and agro alerts; it is used only for that purpose.
3. How Data Is Used
Collected data is used solely to provide app features, improve diagnosis accuracy, and send you agro alerts.
Your data is never shared with third parties or used for advertising.
4. Data Security
All data transfer is protected with SSL/TLS encryption. Our databases are secured with advanced security standards.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
When you delete your account, your fields, photos and all personal data are permanently deleted. To request deletion, use Settings → Account → Delete My Account in the app or email contact@toprakzeka.app.
6. Children's Privacy
ToprakZeka is not directed to users under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
7. Policy Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. Significant changes are announced in the app. Last updated: June 2026.
